/ #542014-03-29 10:17My son Adam was stillborn at 26 weeks in 1992, at the time it was 28 weeks 'viability'. He has no birth/death certificate, only an in memmorium certificate. Surely it should be up to the parents IF they wish a formal acknowledgement of their child's existence? |
