Animals deserve as much protection as a new born baby,both have no voice,both are reliant on their parent/owners for food,water and shelter so why are animals abused and murdered with no punishment that fits the crime??? its time to change and allow animals to have their owner/abuser charged with ABH,GHB and MURDER,too many animals are being abused because there is currently very little or no deterant and thats simply not good enough.
