Dog Dragged to Death

My wife and I feel nothing but outrage and contempt that pet owners in Seoul, Korea are permitted to cruelly and maliciously drag animals behind their vehicles resulting in grievous injury and/ or death. My wife and I will support organisations lobbying to stop acts of malicious animal cruelty such as this. Furthermore we will boycott Korean products and not spend a dollar of our leisure (tourist) money in Seoul or anywhere in Korea while this continues. Previously, my wife and I associated you with the Olympics. Now when we think of Seoul we will think: "barbarism", and "legally sanctioned animal cruelty". Please restore your reputation by legislating against acts of animal violence, introduce stringent pet protection laws, prosecute and fine the perpetrators of these barbaric acts severely, strictly forbid them to own pets in future and penalise them heavily if they breach this.
