This is dog Shelter in Travnik, Bosnia and Herzegovina! In Travnik, stray dogs are caught and transported 30 kilometers outside the city, in the middle of nowhere.
Residents of the city of Travnik force the authorities to clean the city from stray dogs, they think that these dogs do not belong in the city among people. Street dogs are caught and transported on a fenced yard where they have neither food nor protection from storms. Both sick and healthy dogs are in the same place.
