CHANGE CHILD PORNOGRAPHY LAW IN PUERTO RICO
MY 14YR. OLD DAUGHTER RESIDES IN PUERTO RICO SHE MET A FELLOW CLASSMATE IN SCHOOL WHICH THEY DEVELOPED A FRIENDSHIP. THIS 15 YR.OLD TEEN ASK HER ONE NIGHT FOR HER TO TAKE PICTURES OF HER BREASTS SHE AT FIRST SAID NO BUT THE CHILD PLEADED HER TO TAKE THE PICTURE WHICH SHE DID AND SENT IT THROUGH MMS HER MOTHER AND I NEVER FOUND OUT OF WHAT SHE HAD DONE DAYS LATER T HIS TEEN STOP TALKING TO HER MYSTERIOUSLY AND ON FB SHE HAD A ARGUEMENT WITH THIS TEEN AND HE THREATENED HER TO SEND THE PICTURE TO ME . I NOT KNOWING WHAT IS GOING ON I INBOX THIS CHILD AND HE REFUSED TO TELL ME WHAT TYPE OF PICTURE IS IT. MY DAUGHTER CONFESSED TO ME SHE TOOK IT AND WHY, I STRICTLY PUNISHED HER TAKING HER PRIVELAGES AWAY SINCE I LIVE IN FLORIDA I COLD ONLY DO MY BEST. THE NEXT DAY SHE FELT SO DEPRESSED ABOUT THE SITUATION SHE THREATENED TO COMMIT SUICIDE. I PROCEEDED TO CONTACT THE LOCAL POLICE SINCE LOCAL SOCIAL SERVICECS AND HOSPITAL FAILED TO CONTACT THE POLICE THEY INFORMED ME THAT THEY CAN NOT ARREST THE TEEN OR DO NOTHING AT ALL. AS I QUESTIONED THE INVESTIGATING OFFICER SHE SAID IT SIMPLY BECAUSE IT DIDNT WENT THROUGH THE INTERNET I SAID TO RECIEVE A MMS TEXT YOU HAVE TO HAVE INTERNET SERVICE TO VIEW THE PICTURE ITS THE SAME THING. THE OFFICER SAID SHE CANT DO ANYMORE ABOUT IT SO ANOTHER CRIMINAL GOT HIS WAY IN THIS COUNTRY. IM ASKING FOR SIGNATURES OF SUPPORT TO ADJUST THIS LOCAL LAW SO WE COULD PROTECT OUR CHILDREN MORE SO PEOPLE WHO SUPPORT MY CAUSE IN THE U.S. MAINLAND AND PURTO RICO OBLIGATE HTE LOCAL ISLAND CONGRESS,ALEJANDRO GARCIA PADILLA (PUERTO RICO GOVENOR) TO REVIEW AND ADJUST LOOPHOLES IN THIS LAW WE NEED TO PROTECT OUR CHILDERN FROM SICKOS LIKE THIS TEEN I SENT LETTERS TO RESIDENT COMISSIONER PEDRO PIERLUISI AWAITING RESPONE TO SEE WHAT WE COULD DO
