Breaching of the employment contract

We signed 3 years merseta contract of which it says we going to be getting R4000 every months for three years.

We have not been paid for the last  3 month(July ,August and September).

After all we are now told that we can continue working if we want to but we not going to get paid as the contract will be on hold from end of September on wards.

The importance of pxt was not clearly communicated to us and at the times they deducted more money than we had agreed and that impacted us badly.

We were told it’s compulsory to apply for the Ecsa candidacy program and more money was deducted from our salaries for esca registration and now when it’s all done, we are told they are freezing our contracts which possibly means pausing the candidacy programme which we sacrificed our little salaries for.

We need to know why Merseta is refusing to pay Saggra money for stipends, when did they request sacgra to conduct site visits? We need to know if we are being punished for sacgra ‘s mistakes. It’s possible that they were asked to conduct site visits to verify that we are indeed placed and they did not adhere.

we were only addressed through written communication and there was never a formal meeting where we were given an opportunity to ask questions and have clarity on what is really happening. They blocked us .
