Hi all:

Thank you for your support of opposing the recent land use application that would have allowed apartment complexes to be built at the corner of Browning and Kurth. 

Since the application has been withdrawn, I have closed the petition.

Thank you for taking the time to support the opposition to changing the zone at 4120 Kurth St S to a multifamily designation. The hearing on the petition is on September 15. To ensure that your voices are heard, I will close the petition and September 14 and submit the petition and signatures to Bryce Bishop, city planner and project manager.
