A NO-CONFIDENCE IN THE FORMER BOARD

Dear Homeowners of DHCC
Forget about the legal wranglings of the former Directors of the Board of DHCCMCL. That is now a matter for the courts. 

We, THE HOMEOWNERS OF DHCC, now have a critical decision to make. Do we want the former Board of Directors to have more years running the affairs of DHCC and DHCCMCL? Or do we want a clean slate from which to  peacefully move on and heal as a community?

WHY WE SHOULD NOT SUPPORT THESE FORMER BOARD MEMBERS:

1. There is little or no trust, respect or confidence in them
2. They have refused to listen to the concerns of the homeowners
3. They are unresponsive to requests for information
4. They do not take the input or feedback of the community into their decision making
5. Their leadership, social and communication skills are extremely poor; ruling with a disrespectful, belittling, dictatorial stance
6. Their actions and decisions are questionable as to putting the best interests of the  community before their own personal, professional and business interests
7. They have failed to demonstrate the competence, desire and willingness to serve the interests of the community in a fair, transparent and effective manner.

If you are in agreement with these statements and are ready for a change of direction and leadership in the management of the affairs of  Drax Hall Country Club, please sign this NO CONFIDENCE petition; blocking the following persons from running as directors in any upcoming election or serving on any board or DHCC-related committees:

Update: Three (3) other matters to vote on

Dear DHCC Homeowners 

In addition to voting on the Removal of the DHCC Board,  three other key issues are being voted on.  Please revisit the petition to sign on the following issues: 

o For DHCC to be operated/run by a PROPERTY MANAGER and not a Property Management Company

o The formation of DHCC Home Owners Association Limited so every homeowner automatically become a member and can vote for elected officials and not just the few homeowners registered with the DHCC Management Company Limited.

o Sewage costs and associated fees NOT to be added to or rolled into Maintenance Fees, but treated as a separate cost, if necessary
