Nothings changed on Mabley Green

Hi everyone. it is nearly 2 years since we set up the petition about the noise and disruption caused by the football (both legal and illegal) on Mabley Green astroturf. And yet nothing has changed. Football started at 7 am this morning. If you were around this afternoon you would have heard the shouting and screaming and blaring of horns. However we are not giving up. Hi friends and neighbours

As you are aware we are now in Tier 4 Covid restrictions and yet more and more footballers are congregrating on the football pitches illegally, bringing with them the risk of transmitting Covid, noise, litter and blocking the road with cars. GLL and Hackney Enforcement say they have put measures in place to stop this but is obviously not working so please help us to put pressure on the authorities to stop this disruption to our lives.
