Planning Officer recommends the Red Hill Farm Application is REFUSED

The Application will be reviewed by at the meeting of the Planning Committee to be held on Wednesday, 7th October 2015 and papers have been published on the Council’s website and may be accessed via the following link below: http://www.eastcambs.gov.uk/meetings/planning-committee-07102015

In particular, the planning officer has recommended that the Committee REFUSE the application.

The key points of the refusal are similar to ones we have made in our submissions, with the inadequacy of the application and its revisions commented on several times, and the overwhelming opposing view of the local community given very strong weight.
