درخواست ایجاد نهاد پشتیبان جهت صراحت و شجاعت در دفاع از حقوق حقه صنفی جامعه پزشکی

با سلام و احترام
امضاء کنندگان ذیل اعتقاد دارند علیرغم آنکه سازمان صنفی جامعه پزشکی حسب قانون، وظیفه حمایت و دفاع صنفی از اعضاء خویش را برعهده دارد، عملا این بخش نارسا و ناکارآمد بوده و بخش انتظامی وظایف سازمان صورت غالب یافته است.
آسیب عظیم جامعه پزشکی و محرومیت بخش خصوصی آن از هر گونه حمایت موثر در زمان بروز بحران کرونا شاهدی دردآور از این مدعاست.
از آنجا که به نظر می‌رسد بخش حمایتی و دفاعِ صنفی سازمان به علل مختلف خصوصا نبود باور، اندیشه و ساختار مناسب به چنین وضعیتی رسیده و با توجه به آنکه حدود دو سال پیش در زمان ریاست حضرتعالی بر شورای عالی، کمیسیونی را برای بررسی ایجاد نهاد پشتیبان تشکیل دادید، درخواست می‌کنیم در ادامه، مقدمات شکل‌گیری ساختاری مبتنی بر اصول دفاع صنفی نظیر سایر ساختارهای صنفی جهان ( نهاد پشتیبان ) را فراهم آورید تا بتواند با شجاعت و صراحت وظیفه دفاع از حقوق حقه صنفی را به انجام رساند.
