24hr Clinics in ward 100 City of Tshwane

The residents of ward 100 (City of Tshwane) are in dire need of fully operational 24hr clinic 7 days a week. Ward 100 has no 24hr Health facility and ambulances can not travel to every household as some areas are rural. 

The current 3 provincial Clinics are only open during daytime. It is difficult for the unemployed, sick and elderly to travel out of ward 100 to get medical attention. 

As ward cllr I call on the Health committee at Gauteng Provincial Legislature to address the issue of 24hr clinics to be available to residents not able to travel to clinics and hospitals further away from their homes. 

We call on residents to support this petition. This petition will be submitted to the Gauteng Provincial Legislature so that this issue can be tabled in the Provincial Portfolio Committee for Health
